Welcome to the Modellschmiede (Model   Forge) Hämelerwald.

We are a small group of hobby model builders from Hämelerwald near Hanover in Germany. On this internet site you will find pictures of our scale models – whether self designed or built using model kits commercially available.

28mm - Soda Pop Miniatures Troll

Soda Pop - Miniatures 28mm Troll

This model is a part of the content of the board game "Super Dungeon Explore“.
It is a fantasy game in which the player characters have to slay monsters and recover treasures. The included 28mm scale miniatures were designed in the Japanese comic style.
Black primer was applied first, then the model was airbrushed in reen and yellow. The raw model contains of plastic in a hard consistency and is coloured red. I used super glue and two-component glue. Details, like the eyes and teeth were painted with a "normal" paint brush. The bubbles of pus were painted the same way after I added them to the troll’s skin.
